The Board We Are Building

Thank you for considering a seat at the table with us. Sana Roots Co is guided by people who carry wisdom from many places, and our board holds real responsibility for the health of this work, including governance, stewardship, and active fundraising.

Board Requirements

Quarterly two-hour board meetings (held virtually)
Committee work varying by assignment
Event attendance and volunteering
Active fundraising through personal asks and network leverage
Governance and resource development participation
No geographic restrictions
Mentoring staff and emerging leaders
Young people (18+) and elders especially encouraged
