Our Programs
Building Wellness Through Connection: Youth. Caregivers. Educators.
Our Braided Knowledge Model
At Sana Roots Co., we root our work in a braided knowledge model that connects youth, caregivers, and educators in a shared circle of care.
This trilateral approach reflects our belief that healing is relational—it happens when the entire ecosystem surrounding young people is supported through cultural connection, empathy, and collective care.
Our Core Programs
01
Youth LeadershipIn-School Programs
We believe every young person is a natural-born leader. Our Youth Leadership Program supports youth in building confidence, empathy, and emotional wellness while learning how to lead intentionally.Facilitators use community-engaged practices to co-create programming with students — ensuring relevance, inclusion, and joy.
02
Parent & CaregiverWorkshops
Our Parent and Caregiver Workshops strengthen family dynamics and support healing at home. These Saturday morning sessions provide tools for communication, balance, and emotional regulation within family systems.
03
Educator Workshops
Educators are the foundation of thriving schools and healthy youth environments. Our Educator Workshops focus on relationship-centered teaching, burnout prevention, and creating supportive classroom cultures.
Our Approach
Our distinctive methodology fosters collaboration among youth leaders, family systems, and educators to strengthen the foundation of community wellness.
By engaging these three groups in tandem, we help communities restore balance, deepen relationships, and rebuild systems of care grounded in Indigenous knowledge and ancestral healing.
